Flex-Wait

Not sure when your evening is going to end? Now you can purchase Flex-Wait time blocks for $30 for a half-hour or $60 for one hour. The extra time is tacked right on to your 15 minute grace period and will allow the extra flexibility you desire.

Premium Nights

On our most popular nights of service – New Year’s Eve and the night before Thanksgiving, we will charge a $20 premium to reserve your pick-up due to our increased level of demand.

Out of Area

Currently The Designate offers pick-up service in Oakland, Wayne and Macomb counties and the Ann Arbor and Brighton areas. For pick-ups outside our trade areas we do charge an out of area fee to come out to get you. Please call the office for details.

Cancellation Charge

At The Designate we understand that plans change, and request a minimum of two (2) hours notice for any cancellation. There is a $30 charge if you cancel with less than two (2) hours notification. If we arrive at your specified location and cannot reach you by phone there is a $50 “no-show” fee.
