With our supplemental service plans we develop a cost sharing model between the company and its employees. We will tailor the plan to the specific desires of the sponsoring company.
The Designate will also provide
- An informational session explaining the current legal environment and consequences of a DUI.
- A personalized enrollment letter, membership card and information packet explaining the program and guidelines.
- A monthly invoice that breaks down the number of times each card number was used, what dates each one was used, how far they traveled, and total cost for the service.
- Monitoring of individual card usage to identify potential abuse of the service. If warranted, The Designate will send a letter graciously informing an employee that their usage is outside of the agreed upon parameters.
The benefit of this type of program is that eligible employees and the company share the cost of The Designate’s services.
